I had a technical issue which got resolved very quickly. I went on their website, and it was nice to see an option to speak to a real person. There tech guy called Owadud replied to me very quickly and helped me.
It turned out it was nothing to do with the plugin. It was me not understanding some of the WooCommerce features. Thank you Owadud for your great support.
